DREMC Balanced Scorecard Training / Planning Workshop Presented by: Teresa Sampson

Development Goal Goal Explain DREMC’s vision for the balanced scorecard to employees. This training is necessary to engage employees in the creation of a company-wide balanced scorecard implementation and to promote a positive reception to this process.

Actions To do list… Share the link to the short video from Harvard Business Review on the Balanced Scorecard for an introduction. Share and discuss the mission statement that was created by the Balanced Scorecard Committee. Explain how the Balanced Scorecard will impact the organization and employees.
