Total increase of $570k or 11.4% in FY 2019   Increase of $493k or 14.8% 5 new positions (1 administrator and 4 ACO’s) 2% wage increase for all staff (corresponding increase to salary-based benefits like SS & PERF) Increase of $66k or 7.7% $60k for veterinary services $24k spread around several accounts $18k reduction in ISA reliance Increase of $11k or 13.0% to retrofit recent truck purchases for animal transport    There have been, in previous years, similar additions. New vans, more hires, etc.
