This group of people loved the royals and found them to be much to their liking… to know what social class they are part of, just look up. Category 1 - 10

This King is a forgotten king, fits nicely between King Louis XIV and King Louis XVI, but we really do not care about this Louis at all. Category 1 - 20

An Austrian who married a soon to be King of France. She spoiled herself by buying as much jewelry as she could. Let them eat Bread, she said before losing her head… or so the story goes.

Etat C’est Moi, and despite what this king thought, he really was more of a nation killer than being the nation.

The do nothing king, well he did do a few things right, but they were never the right decisions as decried by his citizens.

This man wanted a more, “civilized” method of execution. Little did he know his name would be attached to a machine that was used during the French revolution over and over and over and over and over again.

He was a feisty man, and a great writer. This is probably why he was the leader of the Sans-culottes.

A little on the chubby side, he made one heck of a side- kick for the leader of the Jacobins.

He was the leader of the Jacobin’s, and little did he know his leadership would end in such horror.

This person seduced him, he let her into his place. Later in the evening she exacted her revenge, never was it so easy to stab a man in the chest.

No longer did they want a Monarchist government, and instead they replaced it with this kind of a government.

With the revolution getting out of hand, Louis XVI had no choice but to call back this political body to meet, this was the first time in almost 200 years that they met.

With a stalemate amongst the clergy, aristocrats and the bourgeoisie at a stalemate the famously marched out to create this famous pledge.

The Bourgeoisie had created a new government called the national assembly, this document signed by Louis XVI in 1791 and finalized the Republic.

It was sacked by French Revolutionists, led by Lafayette they were able to free the prisoners capture the governor and chop off his head.

This group of peasants would walk the streets of Paris and Versailles, attacking and beating up anyone who still held out that the Monarchy was a good thing for France.
