Transform & Achieve Why – needed innovative intervention that can more effectively support people into work and an ‘offer’ that was attractive enough to engage and recruit onto the programme and retain customers to the end. How – holistic model that uses triad approach of psychology coaching, nutrition & fitness with additional modules on managing finance and engaging with the employment market. Offer includes connecting to agencies from enrolment events to maximise job outcomes. Health & Wellbeing model/Youth model/Enterprise model

Transform & Achieve East London/25 Programmes / 460 delegates/Support 230 into work Create effective and long lasting partnerships with agencies and skill providers in East London Develop cohesive working relationships with RSLs to support residents creating joint strategies targeting those who are hard to reach. Ensure highly effective & successful delivery to maximise impact on the sector and leave lasting legacy and opportunities to further benefit unemployed residents

Achievements so far… 2012-2017 2018 Transform & Achieve Delivery Proven track record since 2012 – delivered over 30 programmes – over 400 delegates 50% into work – 60% for youth programme 17% into work placements – 9% into further training Won Nat Fed National Community Impact Award 2014 Significant Improvements in health & wellbeing measured by Short Warwick Edinburgh wellbeing scale 2018 Transform & Achieve Delivery Enhancements in recruitment & engagement – over 30 in attendance for both T&A 1 and 2 Retention excellent – 82%-85% Robust candidate management post programme So far exceeding job outcome target by 35% Enrolment Events – Agency involvement from beginning of the programme to strengthen offer
