35th WGGW plenary meeting –Day 1 Summary of COM’s activities. RBMPs assessment preliminary outcomes on GW quantitative/chemical aspects. GWWL activity By 19 October send your comments on Concept paper v.12. By 31 October send your views on substances/group of substances for next data collection (list provided in Excel sheet). To: ronald.kozel@bafu.admin.ch   Aim: provide the Concept Paper to SCG 8 Nov. to take note/endorse. Two separate events mentioned 24 & 25 October (Emerging pollutants, UWWTD, & Norman meeting) in Brussels.

35th WGGW plenary meeting –Day 1 DWD/WFD links Presentation of the questionnaire’s results/ report. By 24 October send your comments on the report (draft v.2 will be shared with SCG) to Tom.Schaul@eau.etat.lu Common Workshop with DW community: tbc, but likely in fall 2019 (FI?) Possible synergies with WATERPROTECT project workshop (Ag. practices).

35th WGGW plenary meeting –Day 1 GW Threshold Values Presentation on the report. Focus on GQA test (TVs show lower variability). Guidance needed to complement/reinforce relevant provisions on TVs and their reporting. Consideration of NBL on TVs. Further discussion to improve comparability. By 19 October send your comments on the report (2nd draft) to johannes.grath@umweltbundesamt.at

Send comments to the document by 19 October to co-chairs (johannes.grath@umweltbundesamt.at , tim.besien@environment-agency.gov.uk) , elisa.VARGAS-AMELIN@ec.europa.eu) Break-up session to discuss 4 main areas of work: Threshold values, voluntary GW watch list, quantitative aspects, links with drinking water. All inputs will be incorporated in a more detailed mandate or activities description (to be distributed before RO meeting). Send notifications for volunteering in each activity by end 2018 to co-chairs.
