Informal Formal Greeting Name Feelings Bye All of our greetings are both formal and informal. ¿Cómo te llamas? ¿Cómo se llama Ud.? ¿Cómo estás? ¿Qué tal? ¿y tú? ¿Cómo está Ud.? ¿y Ud? All of our good-byes are both formal and informal.

This practice is just like our test! Date of test: Friday, August 28th Description: You will have a basic conversation in Spanish. You will have to choose (on the spot) to use formal or informal language in your conversation. Grading: You will be graded on: Correctly using formal or informal language Correct pronunciation Answering the questions correctly Beginning & ending your conversation

Practice activity: You and your compañero will each be given a persona to play in a dialogue. You must use formal & informal language appropriately, based on the persona given to your compañero. Your dialogue with your compañero will include: Greetings Ask/Answer names Ask/Answer feelings Good-byes
