STRESS MANAGEMENT

Are you always overburdened & stressed at work Are you always overburdened & stressed at work? Here are tips that’ll help you unwind, relax & relieve job stress.

Plan your day in advance Keep a written schedule of your daily activities so that you’re not caught up in last minute conflicts.

Simplify your schedule Prioritize, plan & pace yourself Simplify your schedule Prioritize, plan & pace yourself. Learn to delegate responsibility to others at home & at work.

Reduce anxiety & conserve energy Say no to added responsibilities or commitments if you're not up to doing them.

Never mind if you’re wrong Try not to feel guilty if you aren't productive every waking moment.

Get organized Set your home & work space so that you know where things are.

Change the pace Take out time to relax, stretch & walk periodically during the day.

Exercise regularly Healthy & therapeutic activities like swimming or yoga help in easing stress.

Get enough sleep This can give you the energy you need to face each day.

Eat well & be healthy Include the right mix of nutrients to keep your body systems working well.

Have a positive approach Prepare a file of things that are helpful to read in times of frustration.

Take deep breaths Increase your self-control while dealing with stress.
