What do we have and want? WE HAVE : Anthropologist: communicating with target users and figure out their potential requirements. Experimenter: test and try the production developed by us so that we can know how well our project is. Hurdler: overcoming all the barriers in our project so that we can finish our project successfully. Collaborator: communicating with each member in the team so that we konw each other very well. Director: manage the situation and success to have the right direction for team. Experience Architect: establishing a very good experience for our user. Caregiver can give care to other members in team so that we can keep a very good status without feeling upset and tired. Storyteller: encourage the team members to achieve our goal and try to tell others our project is the best one

Xuerui Li can be identified as director and hurdler as he is very clear about our goal and he can alwasy try to overcome all the barriers in project. Su Zhang can be identified as Caregiver and director as he can also collabrate with others to achieve the goal of our project and he often care about other members and give them help. WE WANT : We want to have a Cross Pollinator to combine many different ideas to form a very good idea. We would also require set designers for design a very good user interface for our project.
