Deuteronomy 17 1. Worshiping Other gods “Do not sacrifice to the LORD your God an ox or a sheep that has any defect or flaw in it, for that would be detestable to him” If someone did the evil there has to be more then two witness to put that person to death. In order to put that person to death, the witness has to put to that person first. 2. Law Courts If cases come before your courts that are too difficult for you to judge whether bloodshed, lawsuits or assaults, then take them to the place the LORD your God will choose. Follow what the judge decides. 3. The King The king must be the person who God chooses and the king must be from the brothers among their own brothers. King must not have great number of horses for himself or make the people return to Egypt to get more, and must not have many wives, and must not consider himself better tan his brothers.

Deuteronomy 18 1. Offering for priests and Levites “They shall have no inheritance among their brothers; the lord is their inheritance, as he promise him.” This part explains how to make an offering. 2. Detestable practices “Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord, and because of these detestable practice, the Lord your God will drive out those nations before you” It part says that the Israelites should not sin like the other nations did. 3. The prophets “The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own brothers, and you must listen to him.” This part says that God is going to set prophets so that God can command the Israelites, through the prophets.

Deuteronomy 19 1. Cities refugees “You shall separate three cities for you in the middle of your land, which the LORD your God gives you to possess it.” This shows that God is generous because he allowed the people who sinned to live in the city. 2. Witnesses “One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sins” This shows that there has to be at least two people to confirm the evidence or it is not considered to be true.

Deuteronomy 20 1. Going to war “be not afraid of them; for the LORD your God is with you, which brought you up out of the land of Egypt.” In this chapter, Moses is saying to the people of Israel that they should not be afraid in a war even if the enemy has more people, chariots, and horses, for the Lord is with them during the battle. It also explains how the priests should encourage the people. Lastly, that they shall not leave anyone alive.
