Developing a Rubric for Assessing Cooperative Learning Activities 1

The Rubric A simple chart or spreadsheet which makes grading of projects and processes more objective. The rubric keeps the grading of process and product true to your actual goals and objectives. 2

Components of the Rubric Specific Objectives (Learner Outcomes)for the Activity All authentic assessment must be based on a clear set of objectives) Categories (in the rubric)for Each Objective Scoring System (for each category – plus a total) 3
