Physical side: Taking care of your body -eating healthy -being active -avoiding -getting enough -regular and dentist checkups

Social Side: Social health involves: Getting with other people Being a family and receiving support Making and friends

Mental/Emotional Side: Mental/Emotional health involves: and accepting for who you are Finding to problems Expressing in a healthy way Finding positive ways to manage .

Each of your health triangle is important to good health. If one side of the triangle is small, it may decrease the size of the other sides. For example: A teen who skips meals and doesn’t get enough sleep may feel irritable and have trouble concentrating in school. By working to keep the sides you will be on your way to being a person.

Wellness Total To achieve you need to make good health part of your . Having good daily now will have positive effects on your health and wellness.

Billy Billy is an excellent student. He spends most of his free time on his computer, so he doesn’t have much time for his family or friends. Billy keeps physically fit by jogging alone several times each week.
