Today’s Fairness Focus Today’s Focus: Be open-minded about your own gifts and treat yourself with dignity and kindness. In short, be fair to yourself. Today’s Lesson Objective: Identify one negative opinion you have about yourself and replace it with a positive one.

Quick-Write Reflection Respond to the following prompts: How does Nick Vujicic’s positive attitude allow him to find purpose and joy in living? Reflect on specific ideas he shared or activities and engaged in as you respond. Identify one way in which you criticize yourself. Reflect on how you could use a positive attitude to change your criticism to acceptance. How might this change bring more joy to your life? In what way is making this change being fair to yourself?
