Academic Eligibility & Athlete Grade Checks Failing at Mid-Quarter: Student is ineligible the following Monday after grades are finalized. Eligible again once passing all classes. Failing at Quarter end: Student is ineligible for two weeks or two contests, whichever is greater. Failing 4th Quarter: Suspension/ineligibility carries over to the next fall season. Athletes that are academically ineligible will not be allowed to be dismissed early from classes when their team has an away game.
Attendance Expectations Students must be in class for at least HALF of their scheduled classes in order to practice or compete in an event that evening. There are exceptions: funerals, weddings, family emergency, etc… Communicate with the office and/or AD prior to the absence.
Uniforms & Equipment Athlete’s are responsible for equipment and uniforms issued to them. Wash your uniforms regularly. (cold water) Report any lost or damaged items to your coach immediately. Students will be billed for missing/damaged equipment.

Athletic Physicals Athletes must have a current athletic physical on file in the activities office before the student is authorized to participate/practice. Athletic physicals are valid for 3 years from the date of the last exam. If you are unsure of the date of your child's last athletic physical, please contact the Activities Office. Forms are available on the Registration Homepage or in the Activities Office.
Athletic Fees ‘18-’19 9th – 12th Grader 7th or 8th Grader 1st Sport - $150 2nd Sport - $150 3rd Sport - FREE 7th or 8th Grader 1st Sport - $50 2nd Sport - $50 3rd Sport – FREE $300 cap max per student, $600 cap max per family *New for ‘18-’19: If a student is currently utilizing the Free and/or Reduced Lunch Program, you 50% of the regular fee.
Fee Payments Two ways to pay your fee: 1) PaySchools 2) Complete form with cash/check Fees need to be paid before the first scheduled contest/game. Scholarships are available to assist those with financial need. Scholarship forms are available in the Activities Office and online.
