Strengthening Families in Business The family business is a powerful economic driver evident all over the world. However, the family business is a paradox. It can be at its best outperforming non-family firms. It can also be at its worst with poor family dynamics resulting to long-ending conflicts. How can family businesses continually be at their best? How can family businesses effectively overcome their challenges? How can we ensure that one of the economic pillars of our society continues to be sustainable across generations?
