CCSD Iowa Youth Survey 2014 Fall Data

Iowa Youth Survey taken every 2 years in grades 6, 8, and 11 not a required survey collaborative survey between Iowa Department of Public Health and Iowa schools used to identify Iowa Youth needs content questions change over time based on data

2014 IYS Data collected from 287 districts (85%) 77,139 validated records; 987 were from CCSD

Comparative Data Based on 2010 and 2012 data, the district team set some goals for 2014 in two targeted sub-content areas: school staff/student support bullying

Comparative Data Based on 2010 and 2012 data, the district team has also identified notable areas of growth/celebration in other sub-content areas: positive student norms empathy commitment to school/learning
