Our Team Defines the Current State of your passion area this way Fill in with your teams responses…   What are the distinguishing features of the current situation? What holds stakeholders and others or the system back and needs to change? What needs to be retained from the current situation? Are their features of the current situation that could be built on to make things better?

Our Vision for What is Possible is.. Fill in with your teams responses… Describe what success might look like in a new reality. Be mindful of how wide or narrow your image of success is here. Don’t worry about staying in the “Blue Sky” initially around what is possible.

We See These Adaptive Challenges in The Gap Fill in with your teams responses… We found these gaps between the “current state” of your passion area and “what is possible” within a new reality. If you have multiple gaps, it will help to rank them according to how “ripe” they are for adaptation.

If there is to be success in closing The Gap (s), whose thinking or behavior would have changed? Fill in with your teams responses… Answer the question and be a specific as possible. Name people, their roles, and their connection to Gap where appropriate.

So far here is what we have learned about where resistance lies and how adaptation (change) might happen with people. Fill in with your teams responses… Include anything you have learned from engaging people named in the previous slide. List who the team thinks they need to talk to and why?
