Country Context Vulnerability to Climate Change Nepal is highly susceptible to climatic hazards including flooding, landslides, droughts, and glacier lake outburst floods. Cost of Floods and Landslides ≈ US$270 million/year CC estimated to result in 2% loss of the GDP/year, (5% in extreme years) Low investment in urban infrastructure
