Article I Quiz Review Article I, Section 1 – Vests all legislative powers in Congress Article I, Section 2: House of Representative members selected every two years Has the sole power of impeachment (Senate tries the impeachment) House of Representative member must be at least 25 years old Article I, Section 3: The President of the Senate is the Vice President The Constitution initially provided that the State Legislature would choose the Senators for each State
