Final Write-Up for Supreme Court Activity CWP Classes Quarter One Final Project November 2011

Final Write-Up After your case has been presented, each student (attorneys and judges) will write a final report of the case that includes the following: The title of the case the group studied A brief description of the facts of the case Positions held by the petitioner and respondent How the case was decided by the student judges, and why How the case was decided by the U.S. Supreme Court, and why The student’s reason for agreeing or disagreeing with the moot court and U.S. Supreme Court decisions Due on Tuesday Nov. 8 at beginning of class
