Setting a Goal Personal Development

What is a Goal? Goal: is something you want to work towards. It is the object of someone’s effort. It has to be important to you, personally. It has to be within your power to make it happen through your own actions. It has to be something you have a reasonable chance of achieving. It must be clearly defined and have a specific plan of action.

Do you ever set goals for yourself Do you ever set goals for yourself? What are some goals you have right now? Long-term Goals: are something that takes planning and is something you want to accomplish in the future. Short-term Goals: is something you want to do in the near future.

Is it better to set easy goals that you know you can accomplish Is it better to set easy goals that you know you can accomplish? Or set higher goals that you might not achieve?

What is the difference between a goal and a wish What is the difference between a goal and a wish? Have you ever set a goal that was unrealistic? Goals: are attainable. Example: I want to be able to run 100 yards in 50 secs. Wishes: May not be attainable. Example: I want to stay young forever.
