Ways people get stressed Homework Social expectations Academic/parental expectations Tests and finals

Ways people react to stress Freakout or Panic Procrastinate Stress Eat Cry/Get angry

What to do about stress Color Sleep Listen to music Laugh Eat (though I don't recommend it even though Deets does it!)

BONUS POEM ON STRESS!!! Writing poetry helps me relieve stress. Here is one I wrote about stress: Stress is a state of mind It happens when I’m running out of time But it prepares me for tough situations I sometimes get angry and full of animation I become melodramatic Sometimes I become a fanatic Stress makes me freak out but that is okay Because stress helps me get through my day YAY!!!!!!!!!
