Trial Evidence vs. Writing Evidence

Trial Lawyer: The defendant, John Doe, is guilty because he shot the gun that killed the deceased. Please see Exhibit 8. The coroner found a bullet from this gun in the head of the victim. This gunshot wound was the cause of death. Police detectives found John Doe’s fingerprints on the trigger of this gun. This proves that the defendant shot the gun. Doe’s fingerprints on the murder weapon prove that he killed the victim.

Essay One of the most important reasons why oranges would be best for a kindergarten classroom is because they would be easier to eat for the children. Most experts and parents agree that “children begin losing their four front teeth at the ages of 5 through 7” (Chang 123). This is precisely the age that most children are in kindergarten. Not having their front teeth could give children this age difficulty when trying to bite into hard fruit such as an apple. A soft fruit such as an orange would be much more appropriate. In addition, the orange can split up into smaller, bite sized pieces that the children can bite with their molars instead of with their front teeth. Serving oranges would make it much easier for many students this age to participate in snack time.
