Warren Mott HS Power of One After watching the Power of One video, you have seen how one person can affect change. Currently there is an effort to change the bullying culture at Warren Mott High School. Do you believe that a single person can affect change and help end the bullying problem at Warren Mott or do you think that as an individual there is nothing one can do?  Take a position and use examples and evidence from your experiences, the video and life to support your stand and convince your readers of your choice. This is a persuasive essay assignment so your paper must include: 1. Introduction: Thesis Statement - What is your position? 2. Body a. 2 or more “support” paragraphs that include evidence/examples from your life, the video, real life to prove or justify your position b. A rebuttal paragraph that states your opposition’s view and why you feel it is not correct/concrete 3. Conclusion - Recap and leave your reader with a “zinger”… Something to think about.
