How Has Food Changed Over Time? Food Rules! How Has Food Changed Over Time?

What are your favorite foods?

What does your family like to eat?

Talk to somebody older than you. Did they eat differently 20 years ago?

Try to find somebody 50+ years older than you. Have their eating habits changed over time? Do they spend more or less money now? Are their food choices healthier? **Interview as many people as you can!

Conclusions? What can you tell us about how food has changed? Why do you think obesity is a bigger problem now? What can we do to help stop the obesity epidemic?
