Warm-Up Remember the Pygmalion Effect? Draw Eliza’s Pygmalion Effect cycle based on what you know about the plot. As her character develops, where does the cycle begin and progress for her? Be specific about the actions and beliefs.

Pygmalion – Act 5 In your bag, you have all the main events that occur in Act 5 of the text. Work with your group to put the events in order from first to last. Use what you know from the film to guide you --- but use common sense! Discuss when you’re not sure.

The Ending Are you satisfied with the ending of the play? Epilogue

Quick Write Compare and contrast the play ending to the film ending. Decide which one was the better ending – in terms of resolution and wrapping up the story – not just your personal opinion. Write one argumentative paragraph (6-7 sentences) in which you persuade your reader which ending was most appropriate.
