Skills Work REMINDER: YOU HAVE HOMEWORK TONIGHT, CHECK THE WEBSITE Today you will spend the remainder of the period completing the following assignment Write a paragraph that explains the background of the Carolingian Empire. Use only pertinent information, but make sure your reader (me) understands the critical information needed to understand the Carolingian Empire A background paragraph/section should not contain analysis A background paragraph should include factual data, however paraphrases should be used (in place of direct quotes) It is worth 10 points that will go into both teacher’s gradebooks, and if you are concerned where this would fall on the SS rubric, it would be organization and evidence.
