Interoperability Leadership and Governance To support the installation of the new e-health Management Structure To organize a workshop on strategic barriers and reforms needed to implement the e-Health Strategic plan To organize e-Health strategy outreach meetings with all stakeholders To develop e-Health strategy monitoring and evaluation plan Infrastructure, interoperability and common repositories To develop, in partnership with ADIE, the plan of interconnection of the sanitary and deconcentrated structures To develop the common technical and legal frameworks of the e-Health Strategy To develop a single dictionary of health and social data Human Resources Development / Legislation, Policies and Compliance To train health personnel in e-Health To promote the transfer of knowledge of health research using e-Health Define the specifications of the key actors in the implementation of the e-Health strategy To develop a mechanism for evaluation and validation of e-Health projects (technology, impact, etc.)
