Think, pair, share ACTIVITY What is the best argument for the existence of God? (i.e. how can we best prove that God exists?) Take 2 minutes to reflect and record. Share your ideas with a peer. Combine your response and write a summary on the board.

What is god? Notice we say ‘what’ rather than ‘who’! How does your response differ between ‘what’ and ‘who’? Aim for 3 ideas for each. Are there any contradictions here? How may a Muslim or Buddhist answer the ‘who’ and ‘what’ questions? What do Christians believe is the BEST argument for the existence of God?
