In 2007, the arrival of Anglia Two and extension into Bedfordshire Now fly 7 days a week, 365 days a year Over 23,000 missions since foundation Began flying fully night capable EC 135 T2 helicopter in May 2013 Introduction of H145 at Cambridge base in May 2015 and at Norwich in February 2016 First air ambulance to fly to unlit sites in the hours of darkness

Why are we needed? We bring advanced medical care to the scene We can reach any location in East Anglia within 25 minutes Not all patients are air lifted for a variety of reasons, but we often go with them to hospital We transport patients to the most appropriate hospital for their needs

Meet our crew… Pilots Rosh Jaypalan, Pilot Our pilots are highly skilled and often from a military background Supplied by Babcock Pilots on Anglia 1 operate a 12 hour shift, whilst pilots for Anglia 2 operate two 10 hour shifts
