E-learning modules EU forms Drafted by a group of experts chaired by Arnaud Raynouard, professor of law at the University Paris-Dauphine Composed of 3 bailiffs and 3 court staff (Belgium and France). 4 meetings from October 2017 to May 2018 New module on the forms of EU regulations in civil and commercial matters Content of the module sent to the partner on the 8th of November waiting for comments « share your experience (best and bad practices !) and recommendations to improve the use of these forms annexed to the EU Regulations. Your input would be very appreciated since we actually noted that one of the main obstacles of the proper functioning of the EU Regulations is the misunderstanding of some/part of the forms » To be designed and then posted on EJL platform
