A free and convenient service for patients A nationwide network of pharmacies Always available to our patients The Pharmacy’s Medication Disposal Service is: Environmental contamination Accidental drug exposure Drug abuse or misuse Improperly disposed of medications can result in: You prescribe a change or discontinuation of a patient’s medication You suspect patients have expired or damaged medications in their homes A patient or family member of a patient passes away Recommend the service to your patients when: Encourage your patients to bring expired, unused, or damaged medications to our pharmacy!
