Services Currently Offered Routine medical services Physical examinations and annual checkups Preventative health care and screenings Immunizations and allergy treatments Point of care and sample collection Accident and injury Workers compensation and occupational injury treatment Prescribe medication Health education and consultation Chronic disease management Nutrition and weight management education and treatment As offered in a typical primary care office Sample collection such is blood tests and urinalysis Services Under Consideration: AZ Post – Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board Medical Examinations

Clinic Utilization Data does not include Workers Comp visits which total 110 for the 1st and 2nd Quarter.

Patient Care/Demographics Age group 1 to 17 is the largest portion approximately 36% of our total covered population.
