Football BY DALLIN DENVER BRONCOS

OFFENSE The QB throws the ball to the wide receiver, hands off the ball, and calls the shots he is the captain of offence. In 8 man football if you are going to run up the middle you should spread out your offence. That way the whole defense isn’t right where you are going. This also allows you to play with the defense. If every time you run up the middle you bunch up the will start to recognize it. That’s why if you spread out they don’t know if you are running up the middle or passing.

OFFENSE 2 When you run the ball you need to be tough. Lower your shoulder and hit hard, and after a couple good hits the defense will be scared of you. When you establish that you are a hard hitter you can juke then out and make more yards. When you catch the ball watch the ball all the way into your hands, make sure you have the ball then run.

DEFENSE When you tackle you want get low and keep your head up. Wrap up around the legs, because if they don’t have their legs they can’t gain yards. Every player should be going to the ball to make the tackle.

DEFENSE 2 Keeping your head up is very important, the second you put your head down you can’t see the ball if you don’t know where the ball is you can’t make the tackle. Always look at their numbers. His belly button has to go where he goes, if you watch his number he can’t juke you out.
