What is the difference: SAT: Critial Reading, Math, Writing Covers – Reading, Vocabulary, Grammar and Usage, Writing and Math Scores – Range between 200-800 for each section (600-2400 total) Math levels – Arithmetic, Data Analysis, Algebra I, II, Functions, Geometry (formulas provided in test book). ACT: English, Math, Reading, Science Reasoning, Writing Covers – Grammar and Usage, Math, Reading, Writing and Science Reasoning Scores – English, Math, Reading and Science scores will each range between 1-36. The Composite ACT score is the average of your scores on the four sections; ranging between 1-36. Math levels – Arithmetic, Algebra I, II, Functions, Geometry, Trigonometry (no formulas are provided).
