Warm-Up: Scapegoats In spite of the collapsed windmill and brutal executions, the animals continue to work hard and believe in the pigs. How are the pigs accomplishing this?

Writing Connection: Soviet Animal Farm Step 1: Read about Collectivization and The Great Purge. Take notes. Step 2: Fill out your outline, turn in 10/30. Step 3: Using the outline, create two CDWs. (To be done 11/3)
