And be thankful. The focus here is on peace. Having inner peace. Being in peace with your brothers and sisters Working with and building each other up. Recognizing that God is our sovereign master and that everything that we are/have is His I feel that this is the part that leads to authenticity in worship. If you lack this, people will immediately see that your focus is wrong. They will not believe what you are saying and will not easily enter into worship. They may worship despite you, but only because they understand the truth.
