Welcome to the New Smart City by TrafficCast…

The New Smart City by TrafficCast includes: Roadside Technology Web-based Software Traveler Information Mobile App TrafficCast International has been developing innovative solutions for nearly two decades. We offer agencies the key ingredients to achieve the goals of a successful Smart City program by combining our expertise in traffic data collection, aggregation, processing and distribution. We’ve earned this expertise through deploying over 13,000 roadside sensors, with web-based traffic data analytics software, BlueARGUS, to deliver real time and historical reporting for travel time studies, origin destination studies and the full compliment of performance measurement tools that are used everyday by traffic management professionals. Add to the mix our experience in providing traveler information to big data partners like Google, Waze, Toyota navigation systems, iHeart Media navigation systems and vehicles with SiriusXM radio, a functional smart city solution is quickly a reality.

Easy Infrastructure Deployments We now have more than 100 DSRC-based Roadside Units deployed throughout the US, with immediate commitments to deploy an additional 300-plus units. We strictly follow USDOT and Society of Automotive Engineers’ standards as well as open-source protocols to ensure interoperability.

Traffic Management Software – BlueARGUS My First Template Traffic Management Software – BlueARGUS BlueARGUS Web-Based Travel Time System – Congestion Management The Connected Vehicle data, SPaT, MAP, Vehicle BSM and priority requests, generated from the I2X network is aggregated into BlueARGUS, and contributes to congestion management and performance measures utilities. From interactive travel time maps to comprehensive reporting utilities, true high-definition data management is now possible with the addition of Connected Vehicle data. 01 02 03 04 Share devices and system reporting across neighboring jurisdictions… - Device Alarms - Speed Alarms Interactive Real Time Maps - Manage Pairs within Routes - Before & After Studies - Travel Time Reliability Real-Time & Historical Data - Travel Time Reliability - Scheduler… Comprehensive Reporting Enhanced Zone-Based OD Studies - Monitor traffic patterns - Manage traffic flow - Accommodate driver behavior Origin & Destination Studies

Pedestrians & Cyclists Communicate Directly with the Public Passenger Vehicles Emergency Vehicles Transit Vehicles Ride Share Pedestrians & Cyclists Within BlueARGUS it is now possible to create public broadcast messages using the Connected Vehicle Traveler Information Message (TIM) standard, The traffic department and its stakeholders can now provide the local driver and the public with vital traveler information…
