http://tsdspice/portal Over the course of the summer we have implemented a new Tech Helpdesk. This can be only accessed within the school district.

http://tsdspice/portal You will need to sign in with your regular network username and password.

http://tsdspice/portal Then all you will have to do is fill out the form and submit

http://tsdspice/portal We will then get a request sent straight into all three of our Inboxes.  If you have requests that prevent you from filling out this form (forgotten password or accessing from home) then you can use the email address of techdept@troyareasd.org Please be aware that we will be only checking the techdept@troyareasd.org address a few times a day so make sure you use the new Helpdesk at all times if possible for a quick response.
