Medical License Operating license for health care providers (medical license) issued by Health Board for 1 up to 5 years. Main requirements in application: – Legal entity should be registered to provide medical service delivery – Premises should be in line with national standards for provision of medical services – Medical staff registered by Health Board

Medical license will give LHF opportunity to do HIV test. Other HIV medical services need execution of additional agreements. Obtaining a medical license does not guarantee automatic contracts with Ministry of Social Affairs to receive ARV and Health Insurance Fund to pay for required diagnostics.

Linda HIV Foundation Linda HIV Foundation (LHF) was registered in Estonia in January 2012 to operate Linda Clinic in Narva. Linda Clinic premises Narva, Linda str. 4, 6 floor. Lease agreement with Narva municipality Good location – town centre, near Municipality, boarder station, church, university... Social Welfare Department and Labour Market are in the same buiding.

Linda Clinic will provide the following services: – HIV counseling and testing – Antiretroviral therapy – Treatment of opportunistic infections – CD4 and other laboratory tests – Medical screening – Distribution of condoms and lube – Psychosocial support services, including counseling, treatment adherence (in collaboration EHPVga)

Staff The full staffing complement at the clinic will include: Head of LHF Management Board Clinic Manager – Receptionist/registrator Infectious Disease Physician – management of 200 patients Nurse patients, 1000 rapid HIV tests, ARV distribution, related clinical tests. Peer Counsellor – Linkage manager/outreach worker – Social worker – Psychologist – Cleaner
