Both choir’s music compilation of carols and prayers brought a deep element of prayer and joy to our Masses. Thank you to all who came to celebrate with us, and for your continued support to our Holy Mass. The next holy day of obligation is the Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God. Mass will be celebrated 31 Dec at 1730 at both chapels. Are you working on your New Year’s resolutions for 2019? Do you want to grow in your faith? How about joining the “Through the Bible in a Year” challenge? Email Ute Eble for a schedule that allows you to read the whole bible with daily readings that take about 20 minutes. If you are wanting to have any of your children under six years old baptized; please know that there are no baptisms during Lent. If you are wanting to have your child baptized by 3 March, you will need to attend a baptism class, get the necessary paperwork for Godparents and schedule it on the first Sunday at AMR or the third Sunday after Mass at MPC. Our priests have many TDY’s between now and 3 March, so these dates are firm. Please email Ute Eble with any questions. AMR CWOC meets on Thursdays from 9:00-11:30 at AMR Chapel Center for Mass, brunch, fellowship and faith formation and is open to all women. An evening study meets from 1900-2030 in the activity room for those unable to make the day meeting.  Childcare will be provided for the morning session.  We are currently on break and will resume 17 Jan. Our service projects will continue throughout the break, so please be on the lookout for that information. MPC CWOC would like to invite you to join our meetings, which are held Wednesdays from 0930-1130 in Room D9 at MPC. Childcare is available at no cost, and children are also welcome in the meetings. We are on break and meetings will begin again after this holiday season. Please join our Facebook group, Schofield Barracks CWOC for details and up to date information. AMR Men’s Bible Study will meet on 5 January at 0730 in the activity room. All men are welcome to join for breakfast and faith formation! Looking forward to the next semester! Pacific Club has a mission for adults who have a passion for working with teens. Our students would especially benefit from having Catholic voices speaking into their lives. If this describes you, please contact Kaylyn Reynolds at MPC or Jeff Reid at AMR to see how to get connected. Life Teen holds regular meetings on the 1st and 3rd Saturday at 1815 after the Saturday Mass at Prince of Peace Catholic Community on JBPHH. Please email Patrick Pottinger with any questions at lifeteentdy@gmail.com. Thank you for your continued support of our catholic programs. Please make offering checks out to CTOF.
