CVTS 5 – legislation in place Framework regulation: Regulation (EC) No 1552/2005 of 7 September 2005 Basic requirements / features of CVTS Basic definitions, scope (NACE and size), transmission deadlines for microdata and quality reports, periodicity (every 5 years), etc. Implementing act: Commission Regulation (EU) No 1153/2014 of 29 October 2014 Amendment of No 198/2006 Variables, sampling and precision requirements, imputation, weighting, data file format, quality reporting requirements http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/web/education-and-training/legislation

Data transmission requirements 30 June 2017: checked microdata files 3 CSV files via Edamis non-imputed microdata file imputed microdata file control table (results) format according to code book (annex 7 of CVTS 5 manual, 'dummy file' in CIRCABC) 30 September 2017: quality report ESQRS-format via ESS-MH
