Low-Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP) GOAL: Provide Operating and Capital Assistance to Transit Agencies to Reduce GHG LCTOP Program - Established in 2014 Revenue is allocated by formula based on population and transit revenue

FY 18/19 Funding Ventura County Transportation Commission $1,586,543 City of Camarillo $12,431 Gold Coast Transit $58,787 City of Moorpark $5,076 City of Simi Valley $7,427 City of Thousand Oaks $9,536 SCRRA (portion of Service in Ventura County) $161,248 STA LTF

Eligible Projects The LCTOP funds projects that support bus or rail services and reduce greenhouse gases such as: Expenditures that directly enhance or expand transit Operational expenditures that increase transit mode share such as fare promotion programs, zero emission transit vehicles

RECOMMENDED VCTC PROJECTS East-West County Connector Service $640,000 College Ride Transit Fare Promotion $796,543--VCTC $12,431--City of Camarillo $5,076--City of Moorpark $7,427--City of Simi Valley $9,536--City of Thousand Oaks $831,013 Seasonal Metrolink Saturday Service $150,000 TOTAL $1,621,013

Southern California Regional Rail Authority’s (SCRRA) Formula Funds $161,248 for railroad maintenance and construction equipment to support new/expanded Metrolink Commuter service and reliability
