TASl mandated positions Administrators in a TASL mandated position may use this experience in lieu of submitting PDPs when renewing their professional teaching license.

Non-TASL Mandated Position Educators with an active administrative license, who are not in a TASL mandated position must submit 60 PDPs to renew their professional teaching license. TASL Exempt administrators are not required to submit PDPs for renewal of the professional teaching license.

Summary We are in a new TASL cycle. You must complete and upload 14 hours of TASL approved training with appropriate documentation by June 30, 2019. There will be no TASL approved activities provided by the district this school year. Advancement and renewal of administrative licenses require multiple steps and the requirements will vary by type. Most of us are managing an administrative and professional teaching license. Be proactive and monitor your TNCompass account.
