Performance indicators Numbers that are in red indicate under achievement against targets.

Key challenges Delays from suppliers with deliveries not being made on time, are orders being placed on time? Delays internally in supply chain management Delays emanating from public works Targets not credible, set too high on certain indicators and may need to be reviewed. E.g. new libraries built Poor performance by suppliers and ensuing legal action
