There will be no new parent letter next week. Many thanks to the parent volunteers who came to help us make pumpkin bread. I know that the students had a great time. I hope that you all enjoyed the tasty treats. I included the recipe that we used in case you wish to make more at home. Please remember to fill the bread pans 2/3 of the way up. Full size loaves bake for 45-55 minutes. Mrs. Heppard and I will be hosting a literacy night at St. John School in the evening on December 6, 2017. Please mark your calendar and join us to learn about the progression of literacy skills as well as how to help support your child in their learning. There will also be an opportunity for you to login to the Reading Street and Spelling City sites to review the applications. The program is directed towards parents of K-2 students.
