Chaperone Responsibilities You MUST be cleared through Wake County Public Schools. -You may register Monday through Friday in the Media Center. -You must register each school year!!
Chaperone Cont… There will be 3 students to 1 Adult. Adults will sleep with own child in room. Teachers will create the rooming list. Please speak to the teachers regarding any concerns regarding rooming. Please refrain from making requests. You MUST stay with group and follow the agenda. Be sure to enforce all school rules, rules given by tour guide and monument attendants.
How do I sign up to Chaperone? From your email or our grade level weebly you will need to include all of the information. This must be completed by September 11, 2012. This information will be used for White House Security Clearance.
Behavior Expectations Student’s are expected to demonstrate SOAR behavior prior to the field trip as well as during. Consequence: Students will not be permitted to participate in activities during the field trip if their behavior interferes with the safety of themselves or others.
