ADANCED BATCH What is Advanced Batch: Tool utilized through the Webservices – requires Jboss server Use to update information in Patricia in bulk in user friendly way More flexible than Standard batches Possible to update almost any Case/name information

ADVANCED BATCH Consists of four tabs: Batch configuration Batch execute Scheduled jobs Executed jobs

BATCH CONFIGURATION Here is where you set your jobs Possibility to configure batch is only available for users that are part of SU-security group Select if it is Case or Names to be updated Select Data types/Data subtypes

BATCH EXECUTE Here is where the batches are performed Select Batch job (configured in Batch configuration) Select Criteria- can be predefined or set Ad-Hoc Advisory list show the case result and from here you choose which cases to update

SCHEDULED JOBS Batch jobs can be scheduled for execution One time on specified hour Specified schedule (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly)

EXECUTED JOBS Log report of all Batch Jobs that has been run. Show both jobs run in Patricia (Legacy batches) and the ones setup in Advanced Batch.

LOGS IN PATRICIA All executed updates via Advanced Batch are shown in the logs (Termlog, Diary log, Audit log)
