M3 D2 Effectively lead a team & evaluate your leadership abilities Provide an example of the types of ‘commands’ that were used. How did you word them? Ask or tell? Clear? Brief or explained? Describe the task in full 1 Provide an example of how you ‘controlled’ an element of the task. e.g. behaviour, participation, roles, motivation etc 3 Reflect on your abilities to lead a team. How successful were you? What style did you use and why? In the future what could you do differently e.g. change style, get more input from team, motivate more, provide targets or incentives etc 4 Provide an example of how you briefed your team.
