Student Academic Honesty Policy: ASE students are expected to demonstrate integrity in all aspects of life, including all schoolwork. If plagiarism or cheating of any kind (which includes, but is not limited to: allowing others to copy work, copying of another's work, use of unapproved technology on assignments, tests, or quizzes, or other use of work that is not the original work of the student) is suspected, a teacher will review the work turned in with others in their department. If the department decides that the assignment has been plagiarized in any way, the assignment will receive an automatic zero without the opportunity to make-up the assignment

Electronic Policy USE OF ELECTRONICS IN CLASS IS NOT PERMITTED. USE OF PHONE WITHOUT PERMISSION WILL LEAD TO TEACHER REQUEST FOR PHONE/DEVICE 1ST WARNING 2ND HAND THE PHONE OVER –GET IT BACK AT THE END OF CLASS 3RD OFFENSE- GET IT BACK THE NEXT DAY FROM OFFICE 4TH CONFERENCE WITH PARENTS IN OFFICE

ASE School Wide Late Work Policy Student Late Work Policy: Students will only be allowed to make up missing work within a given five-week grading period. Students who have missing assignments at the end of the grading period may be offered an alternative assignment to replace the missing work. However, the alternative assignment will only receive partial credit, based on the teacher's discretion. Once the five-week grading period has ended, missing assignments from that period will become a zero, and can no longer be made up. All alternative and make-up assignments must be discussed and turned in during office hours. Extra credit will only be offered at the discretion of the individual teacher.
