Proposal

Directions: This is an informal research proposal. You will need to write a paragraph providing the following information: your overall topic, your research question, your tentative thesis statement, your tentative reasons supporting that thesis statement, and the types of sources you will need to look up to support your various claims. You will also need to include and explanation as to how your topic fits in with our course theme. Note that the proposal should be in first person and should include statements like “For my research paper, I’ve chosen the topic of genetic engineering.” This assignment should be typed and double spaced and turned in on October 4th.
